Hello, My name is Shannon. I've been in the Crawl Space and Basement Waterproofing Business for 18 Years.

My journey started off working for a Friends Dad’s Crawl Space and Basement Waterproofing company about 18 years ago. Since that time I have worked for a few different Crawl Space and Basement Waterproofing companies.

Over the years I watched those WaterProofing companies go from small Locally owned Businesses to large more Corporate type companies. Along with that growth, the prices they charged the customers also grew.
I have seen these Businesses charge customers outragous amounts of money to do the same work they did before for half the price, while also lowering the Quality, of their work to Maximize profit as Corporate size Companies often do. At the same time, material cost for the most part has stayed close to the same it always has been.
Watching that happen over the years didn’t sit well with me. I enjoy working for the Trusted blue collar Guy or small Family owned Businesses. So I decided to scrape up what I could and start my own Local Family owned small Business, which led to Blazwich Construction LLC, “Your Waterproofing Experts.”
Our goal is to preserve the local Trusted small Family owned Businesses and stay away from the Busy over priced Corporate World. At the same time I have been able to save my customers money by offering great quality work and materials at a fair affordable price.

One day I hope to pass my Waterproofing Business to my Son so he can Hopefully help continue to preserve our Family owned Small Businesses.
